Packed for Baby-Girl

Detail of Packed for Baby Stamp

Twitterpated Designer Button
This was the first chance I have had to sit down and play with my new stamps, and tools from the Occasions Mini Catalog.  After the holidays, I had the flu again, so now I am feeling better and happy to create again.  This card is made using the new Packed for Baby, isn't it so cute?  I am in the process of designing cards for my upcoming Card Buffet and this will be one of them.  I used the Stampin' Up! Watercolor Pencils and a Blender Pen to color the Packed for Baby.  I used the Petite Pairs stamp set for the sentiment and the set comes with an inside sentiment also that reads, "so glad you're here!".  Bet you are wondering how I got the background pink?  Our hostess stamp set in the Holiday Mini, Warmest of Wishes, had an inside circle cut out of the wreath.  I used that circle to stamp the Blushing Bride ink over the sentiment, then used a 1 1/4" Circle Punch to cut it out.  Doesn't it leave a nice clean white border?  The background DSP is the new Twitterpated and the button is out of the Twitterpated Designer buttons, aren't they too cute?  The hearts were made using the new Fashionable Hearts Embosslits Die and they come in different textures.

Everyday Enchantment Paper Doily

Everyday Enchantment Ribbon & Brad

Isn't this new Paper Doily Large Sizzlits Die gorgeous?  Hint, cut a Scallop Circle Bigz Die and tape it to the back of the sizzlit and all of those little punch-outs fall out of the doily.  The DSP used on the card is from the Everyday Enchantment paper in the upcoming sale-a-bration catalog as well as the ribbon that I laced through the doily and the matching brad.  Too cute!  The sentiment is from the Apothecary Art stamp set that I colored with our markers to match.  It was cut out with the new Framelits Die Labels Collection.  If you don't have a copy of the new mini yet, there is a link to the right on my blog.  If you don't have a demonstrator yet, please consider becoming one of my special customers.  Email me for my online specials.

Sweet Cake

This card was made using the Sweet Cake stamp set that I earned for free because of my new recruit, Paula!  Thanks Paula!!!!!  It is on the new DSP Sweet Shop and that cute ribbon in the background is our new 3/8" Pleated Satin Ribbon, Blushing Bride.

Your paper doily card is so bright and cheerful! I really appreciate the hint, too, I had a little trouble with mine and I bet the scallop circle will be just the thing.

Such a pretty baby card. I did think the sentiment was on 2 circles of CS, but now I may have to dig out my retired set of shapes to add color to projects!

Glad to hear you're feeling better Debbie. Missed your posts. Wow you sure have made up for them. Love the baby card....... can I say "CUTE". Thanks for the great tip re the scallop circle capturing the bits from the Sizzlets die cut. I'll be sure to try that! TFS your blog hop too.

I can't decide which card I like best. These are all wonderful creations. The baby card is great and since I have about three friends due this spring, I might just have to add that set to my list to get.

Debbie such cute stuff! I was wondering WHAT to do with the "packed" series and never even thought to use it as a focal point. So cute! I also LOVE the color blocking you did on the circle. I 'never' throw away any rubber!

Love these cards! Glad you are feeling better. I have been sick also and it isn't any fun. I got the baby stamp and was wondering what I was going to do with it. Now I know. Thanks for the inspiration.
